I have tried calling telkom for assistance multiple times. At best the advice I get is, "wait a few days and see if it gets better." My download speeds are 0.6mbps and my upload speed is 11.9mbps. I've tried all I could to troubleshoot at this point. I'm open to any suggestions?
I understand that network traffic may be one of the possible causes but how can I continue to pay for such terrible service? It's taking me more than an hour to download a 300mb file that I uploaded at work.
I've contacted telkom a few times, They said someone will call me within two working days.. It's been a week. (Possibly more, don't wanna waste energy checking)
I've been nice to everyone I spoke to but my patience is wearing thin.
