My daughter who handles our accounts keeps getting calls from 012 688 9980 or 012 688 9996 or 012 688 8808 or 012 688 9999 this is harassment. When I answer no one speaks and they just hang up.
It has been for two days now and this is ridiculous.
The landline here has not worked for two months but there is a bill that must be paid for a line that does not work. No one from Telkom sent a message or a email to let us know whether they working on the problem or how long it will take to fix the problem. After going to their store we find out about the "wireless" option, you probably know what i am going to say next.....We still waiting for Telkom to get back to us. This is really really bad customer service. I am apalled that you treat your paying customers this way.
