My 10gig data not showing

I bought 10gig for R99 top up data through the app on 15 December 2018 but up to now it doesn't show. I've called Telkom but they've not been able to sort it out so far. They say it shows on their side but I don't see it on my side. I'm using the card in a Wi-Fi router and can only check balances through the app.
