I am enquiring about my 76 year old Mothers application for her landline. This is very urgent, my mom lives alone and needs to be contactable at all times due to her poor health.
I completed an application on the 5th December for her land line to be transferred to her new address.
We were informed this would take 10 days, we are now 5 weeks later and still no phone.
Please can you advise on when we can expect installation to take place.
