We are currently on the uncapped all hours package from Telkom, and since Saturday 30 March we have been struggling to connect to the internet. The light on my router stays red, it doesnt matter what I do. I have tried to reset it, took out the simcard and put it back again. Still nothing. So I logged a fault on Tuesday 2 April, and the person on the line advised me to wait 72 hours for my case to be attended to. Well it has been 72 hours and still nobody attended to my fault logged! I Really need to cancel this **bleep**ty service!

The issue with technical support.
It's recommended that you wait the 72 hours
Since it takes that long for all the issues the provider "Telkom" currently servicing, I used to complain about this until I realized they dealing with huge volumes of faults. If the issue is not resolved
Check in every 4 hours to raise priority of your matter.
