We live 10km out of Tzaneen in Limpopo and have had great Telkom data coverage up until November 2018 (Streaming Netflix and other content). Then we began having intermittent network signal drops until now... There has been no Telkom signal for the past 2 days. I tried both from my phone and device and there is no Telkom even found. What is the problem and how long will ot take to resolve this.
PS: Our data package does not allow roaming. So I learn't yesterday. Seems ridiculous that it is the case. If they have no signal and tower problems this should become an option until there issues are sorted out.
