Please help with my LTE speed/connection

Hi Community

 

We switched over to uncapped LTE yesterday from the uncapped adsl due to constant problems and eventually cable theft. We thought LTE would not have any speed problems and cable prblems. 

 

The speed of the router when tested on Ookla is at 10mb/s but my web pages do not load and my whatsapp messages are not going through or recieving. even the downloads are extremely slow. At 10kb/s which is slower than ever.

 

Telkom checked that there is coverage and the router has full signal. So can anybody help because we are tired of going to telkom and calling for our adsl problems.
