R369pm charging me R616

Anybody else also been robbed by telkom for this"special"

Signed up two months ago and they haven't credited me or corrected the billing

I've had success logging a Query via the My Telkom portal.

 

View your invoice and click the Query button.

 

You can get the store to log a dispute.

 

I have found accounts resolution is one of the better departments.  You may also need to re query if they initially close.

 

It may take a week or more for someone to phone you back but normally the problem is resolved. I can't say the same for technical or system queries.
