I've had success logging a Query via the My Telkom portal.
View your invoice and click the Query button.
You can get the store to log a dispute.
I have found accounts resolution is one of the better departments. You may also need to re query if they initially close.
It may take a week or more for someone to phone you back but normally the problem is resolved. I can't say the same for technical or system queries.
