I have ordered a LTE package that was on special for R799, on
the 6 June 2016, I spoke to an agent that confirmed that I qualified and got all my details,
then I was promised that delivery should be in 7-10 working days.
Till date i have spoken to numerous different call center agents
(You literlly have to wait an hour to be served, the efficiancy is **bleep**;
And my order has still not been processed on the system.
Please could you assist me with my order as I will soon be paying for
a service that I don't have.
simply want to complete signing up for an order I have placed. Surely this can't be too difficult. Please can I get some assistance with this, perhaps flagging and escalating this to the LTE sales team? I would appreciate it if a sales person could contact me and see this through.

The call centre should already have called and requested the online confirmation and banking details.
Your best bet is to walk into a telkom shop if the online portal is not giving you love.
Stores now have access to track the order and if you order in-store, they should carry stock of the router and antenna.
you will however probably have to wait for the installation like the rest of us - (1 week and counting).
