Remote Desktop & Mail not working via Telkom LTE

Remote Desktop and Mail not working via Telkom LTE.

The sim card is unrestricted.

Was working up until Friday 04/05/18.

 

Other users are having the same issue which is reported on below site:

http://downdetector.co.za/status/telkom-mobile

 

Any idea whats going on?

 

Telkom Mobile Support not being helpfull.

Looks like a general outage,  If no joy from support agents you’ll get good feedback by messaging an enquiry to a Telkom media support team,  and/or email them  :-
