I have a 1GB smart internet contract. According to telkom's website, the inclusive data will now be valid for 2 months. It clearly state in an example that data allocated 1 December will expire 31 January, but when I look at my data balance on the web porthole, it still state that it expire 1 January. I also have a yearly bundle on a prepaid number and that one's monthly allocation expire 1 February.
So I'm just wondering if other people with smart internet contracts also not show the extended validity. In that case I guess telkom is still working on updating their systems. But if other people with smart internet contracts have their data validity extended to 1 February, then perhaps something is wrong on my account and I should call the call center.
