Hi, I applied for a Broadband Uncapped Wireless connection on 2016/11/30 but have not received any feedback on the status of the application. When phoning the 10213 number, I get sent from pillar to post and no-one can help. I went into the Telkom ofiice at The Glen, but because it is an online application, they cannot help
I tried to reaaply again, but now all the spots have been taken up.
What am I to do now. Apparently the ticket number I was issued, 301116-120711 , does not exist anymore
