Online LTE Order place on 12.10.2016 not on my account as an order placed or no feedback or follow up from Telkom.

 

Smartbroadband Wireless LTE-A 50gb

 

I ordered this package on 12.10.2016 and phoned in to follow up on 21.10.2016.

On the follow up call the gentleman stated that someone in the accounts department did not put it through and then said it will go through.

He also stated that someone would call me the Monday to follow up on the order.

 

This obviously did not happen.

Hi @Otternoster Hope there's been progress on this. Please provide your contact details. Did you order online, or did you call into the call centre?

Hi,

 

To your question: The order was online and then I phoned in to get an update.

 

Update:

I was contacted last week Thursday and was told that delivery should occur within 5-7 working days. 

 

The sales consultant wanted to offer uncapped over the 50gb LTE package but was not able to get approval because Telkom

is not able to supply to the demand in the area. (This never made sense but you are a parastatal)

 

The call was very unclear and i belive the consultant could not hear me because i could not hear him.

 

It was also a 30 minute call as i had to give the information that i entered in the online application all over again.

Also, my work address was also not found? The company i work for based in JHB is well known and has been there for 24 years. (same location)

 

So now the delivery needs to be done, and only to my home... which unfortunately will not work for me.

 

We will have to see if this ever works out... I am positive that i will be charged for something i do not have.

Hi..
I took out a contract on the 4th of November and till today I haven't connected to my wifi because of bad connection..
I requested an LTE antenna many times but they keep closing my case..
It is now almost a month and I still don't have wifi and nobody has contacted me with regards to installing the antenna..
Please help as I have called the call center almost everyday..

My recent case number is

Please do **bleep**ist ASAP as I will be paying for a months worth off uncapped LTE broadband that I didn't use at all..

So I received an SMS now to say the following: "Dear Customer, Unfortunately your recent Telkom application has been declined". 

 

Why and who the hell has the right to decline it? Can u shoot someone?

I have not been able to make contact with someone on 10213

No-one has contacted me about my order

LTE apparently does not exist in my area anymore.

 

55 days of wasted time and money.

I have ordered a uncapped device and contract 25 July 2017

My application were approved

could anyone advise how to follow up
