Hi can anyone please help me. I would like to make the switch from my Telkom Smartbroadband account to Telkom Uncapped ADSL account. Got my line installed and everything, but havent applied for the Uncapped package as I am waiting for a call back from the cancellations department, to finalise the cancellation of my month to month Smartbroadband package. I completed & mailed them my form, along with a copy of my ID. I have done this twice in the last 2 weeks now, no call back? I know I have to wait 30 days also for the cancellation to be completed properly, but now I am waiting longer because the process hasn't even begun from their side. When I decided to make the switch to adsl & normal landline, I had no idea the journey would be so challenging to complete. Any advise on how to get the Cancellations Dept attention?

Hi @Biep This is not a service channel, but you may want to try these channels. Alternatively, please visit a store to sit down with a consultant.
