Hi
I've applied for the telkom lte uncapped R 799 offer.
Received a ticket number - #060616-145931
Received a call from a consultant to verify my details.
She told me she would call back as the system was offline.
I then received an email to say the bid was unsuccessful???
Is there any way to receive feedback as I've been asked to call different departments or been transferred to different consultants who have no idea who deals with it?

@MCASOO hi. Have you tried chatting to an agent. I find it the best. U have the agents correct name on the system and you have the chat history for future reference/complaints/complements

After countless calls and holding on for 30 mins each time, they've reversed the ticket number back to the begining and I'll have to wait for a consultant to call again.
