Telkom LTE Latency Issues

Hi there,

 

I am on Telkom LTE, 100GB Package.

 

Speedtests showed me 40Mbps, download speeds great and local pings was good and International pings was excellent, sitting aroud 210-220ms steady

Life on LTE was acceptable to great.

 

Everything was fine till the International cable issues SA had on the 22nd of Jan.

Luckily by the Friday everything was fine again. That only lasted till the Sunday when it started acting up again.

 

Speedtests is not what it once was. International pings is annoyingly shocking. Jumping around between 260ms and 600ms..

 

Something is seriously wrong here. I need someone to contact me or I am going to have to cancel this 100GB packages and go somewhere else.
