Telkom LTE Uncapped device returned to sender

Hi There

 

I have applied for Telkom Uncapped LTE. Reference 201115-181908.

The device was sent to my office during the December closure from Courier IT and has subsequently been returned back to Telkom. The courier company said I must deal with Telkom to get the device back.

 

Not sure where the device is but I got a call from a helpful agent from Telkom saying the matter would be escalated.

 

No communication since. Can a Telkom agent get in touch with me preferably after they have couriered a new device.

 

Call centre not helpful - give this some urgency guys, I was supposed to receive my device in early December and no one know what is going on!!!

I bid for a online telkom uncapped option and the applicaiton was succesful and received an email on the 27 November 2015 and still noone has contacted me
