I bought Mo Nice 3 days ago. Not able to send or receive email, whatsapp or any other social media messages and notifications. I was told that technical errors are being experienced, however we have not received any communication for this. My data expires in 11 days and I want to know if this will be refunded because at no point was there a communication that the Mo Nice service or any other Telkom service is experiencing technical difficulties.
