I completely agree, im in wapadrand and i am receiving speeds of 1mbps and I reported the fault in the beginning of August no assistance and only excuses from both the technical department and the social media team.

Thank you, This is ridiculous. I am receiving speeds of less than 1mbps and my streaming is ridiculously slow and my downloads are pathetic.
I have only had the package for 2 months and I have had the problem a month into my contract
