UNCAPPED LTE BID NOT PROCESSED

During the month of June 2016, I successfully applied for the Uncapped LTE online and was advised via email that my bid was successful and got issued with ticket number 130616-121642, I was called by lady by the name of Mbali and due to cell phone connectivity issues, I asked that she called me on my landline and sadly that did not happen.

 

I even attempted to escalate the issue via Telkom social media team and the last conversation was on the 16 June 2016 wherein te @HelloTelkom acknowledged my matter and stated that they will have the Telkom LTE Sales team to follow-up and advice, also nothing fruitful happened.

I got a call from Ayanda on Saturday morning, to process my order.

I am currently awaiting the order number.
