I have read the FUP and I am no where close to exceeding this limit so why should I be throttled? This is really ridiculous. Please cancel my contract. I am not willing to pay 799 pm for a 2mbps line. Else keep to your promise and deliver the service.

I have been very happy with my service and use it mostly for streaming,
But in the last month I've need to download a peer 2 peer on occassion and upload to an FTP site on another, sadly I only ever achieve download speeds of around 9kBps, and have brought this issue up on a couple of occassions. My knowlege of these things is also very limited. However it seems the help on the other end of the line is as limited. That said the telkom help is always very firendly!
I imagine it's some sort of port issue on the Telkom side? Again my knowlege of this type of thing is too limited to know for sure!?
Any advice or resolotion will be highly appreciated!
