VOIP Technical Issue

Good Morning,

I have been using LTE for the past 2 year wit a VOIP handset plugged into one of the lAN ports.

We recently moved and the LTE is probably 4 times faster but I am sitting with a unexplainable situation.

My VOIP phone can phone out perfectly but at first could not receive calls and now it does but cuts out ONLY with the receiving calls after about a minute.

 

I have a IP Team who has look at my VOIP Phone's setting ext and everything is perfect.  Also when I plugged it into another internet provider it worked perfectly with incoming and outgoing calls.

 

I have even changed my 4G to 3G and also did not make a difference.

 

Has anyone ever experienced something similar with their B15s router?
