I have a Telkom LTE capped contract.
In the last two weeks my ping has been unplayable.
This is the only reason i have this contract.
I tested in the afternoon and no problem at all.
Telkom boast having the best speed and this happens.
I would appreciate if this can be resolved ASAP as Telkom is not holding up their side of the deal in the contract.

Very Very bad service. after being on hold on the line for 15 min and then being sent to 4 different people i must say this is the worst service ever.
i then get told by the Mobile department that i am not being throttled and they will pass it over to the network department.
How can my LTE be a 30mps with 35 ping and at 7:30 it drops to 2mps with 150ping???!?!?!?!?!?!?!
i want a response asap this is my case number 19287887

Hi @evomere, the Community is not a Service Channel but rather a peer 2 peer support forum. To report your service, use the following channels. We are not manning this with service agents.
About the service, report it as it sounds like there is congestion on that tower from a certain time in the evenings when most people are at home and start using their service for streaming and downloading.

First of all your Call centre promotes the community channel.
If this is not the place then dont place it on your call centre.
2nd i can understand a congestion for one day but for two weeks running is unacceptable.
I have a LTE contract which is meant to be a good speed at a constant rate.
it has been fine for the last 2 years and all of a sudden this happens.
