On the 21 February 2018 I called 10213 to place an order for SmartBroadband Wireless 50GB with Huawei B315 LTE Router at R749, the following day 22 February 2018 I then called to amend my order to SmartBroadband Wireless 20GB with Huawei B618 LTE/LTE-A WiFi Router.
On the 23 February 2018 the order was delivered but to my dismay this was not the amended order. I then call in 30 mins after the order was delivered to tell them that it was not the amended order, the lady told me that she will escalate it and that the courier will pick it up and deliver the correct one.
Since then I have been calling and talking to different people, all telling me different stories. The parcel is still sitting with me here I haven't even open the package I just checked the delivery note.
