I've ordered a new LTE 50GB deal with you 2 weeks ago, and the first payment has already gone off my bank account via debit order, but still no product has been delivered to me...
Where is my LTE order?
I've contacted your call center numerous times and all of the agents are just passing the buck, telling me they don't deal with LTE deals. WTF?
Eventually someone said I should contact SellDirect on 021 001 7500 - but this number just rings, no answer.
Can you please get back to me on this?

Hi i ordered a new LTE package on the 16 May 2018. I have been charged for the service yet it has not yet been installed. I have called and been told that someone will get back to me but still waiting. Not sure how i can be charged for something that i dont even have yet? Please sort this out Telkom
