Why do Telkom continue to debit my account (and others I have spoken to) for months after canceling

I have two Telkom Mobile Data contracts which I have cancelled after having absolutely no service for months. I have reference numbers for the cancellation.

If Telkom do not refund my money I will be reporting them to both ICASA for deductions from my account and providing no service for months on end.

I will also report them to the National Consumer Protection Commission for continuing to deduct money from my account after the 21 day cancellation period.

Apparently this is a common problem reported by many others. They simply ignore complaints and do not address customers at all. I cannot imagine why anyone would want to do business with Telkom Mobile at all. I will never do business with them in the future. They have lost a customer!!!!!
