Why haven't my SmartBroadband Uncapped router been delivered?

I finalized a telephonic contract for SmartBroadband Uncapped wireless internet @ R 599 on 07Mar2016. I was told my router would be delivered within 5-7 business days. It still hasn't been delivered. I tried emailing multiple times without any replies. Please help!!!

Welcome to my world! It took almost a month of calling, Live Chatting,  tweeting, posting on hello peter and even going to a Telkom store (which was no help at all) before Telkom even called me to approve the bid. It is now week two of me waiting for my Router to be delivered.

Please let me know if you receive it. I am at the month mark waiting for my router. Starting to think it wont be coming.

Hi!

 

I just received two emails stating that I do not qualify for SmartBroadband Uncapped Wireless at this stage. From a No-Reply email address, so no way to follow up. This after I was informed on 07Mar2016 that my application was successful!!! That was 3 months ago!!!!!

Ticket #070316-102744.

 

Please advise!!
