Cancellation Case : 33256508 for service 0678952589 on the 20th of April. We cancelled our LTE , and allowed for the 30days as per contract, of which we paid for , YET , Telkom tried billing us in June and in July. We cancelled this contract and no longer want this contract. Have this sorted out, immediately .
We have tried the online portal and it says no accounts linked, so we have no accounts to manage online yet we keep getting billed, how does this make sense???
