I am so frustrated right now. I signed up for a 24 month SmartBroadBand deal last week but i am not receiving my Double Data as advertised, its been 7 days now. I have been in and out of the store dealing with an in store consultant and calling in numerous times but still i am not receiving my Double Data. Bear in mind, this is the reason why i signed a 24 month data contract.
contract signed and activated on 22 September
deal : Smartbroadband 50Gb + 50Gb (Double Data 100gb + 100gb) for R750
its been a week now and i am still not receiving my data.
The store and call center cant help me, although a case was logged
How can this be a problem for so long?
please could someone help me, i am very unhappy about this

Hi, have you managed to solve this as I am also getting the out of bundle message once the 1st 50GB is used up.. nobody can assist at Telkom...

I am expierencing the same issue for my 20+20 deal that i took out last month i am being billed for it and yet my double data has not been allocated.
has yours been sorted out yet if so who did you contact.
I have logged a call and still awaitng response.

Hi i am getting the same issue. its almost a month now who did you contact for it to be reolved many calls were logged by me about this and no response
