no data please help

Hi Guys, please assist me.

My Mom got a contract with Telkom early January 2018, she was told it will be activated in February which it was, yet no data after calling Telkom a lot of times trying to get it sorted either no response or making me call different numbers and explaining the issue over and over.

finally someone managed to help us, but after a week no data again, we called them and issue resolved then after a few days no data AGAIN called all the numbers but still no luck.

 the signal bar has 2 bars, the network light is blue, i rebooted the router, even defaulted it.

 

i dont know what else to do.
