using top up data in following month

I bought 20GB of prepaid top up on September 19 for my LTE router, which I had not completely used by the end of the month. Technically it only expires on October 19. However, since the start of October Telkom has instead been using up my new regular monthly data and the top to figure remains frozen where it was on October 1st! As tut top up data runs out soon I'd obviously prefer to use that up now. Any way I can switch over to using it rather than my regular data for a few days??

We cant even see how Telkom resolved this issue. What the use of this website if customers queries are ignored. Poor service!
