Hauwei P9 Lite

 Good day, 

I just received my Hauwei P9 Lite on the FreeMe contract, thank you. 


But when I spoke to the consultant, Nokwanda REF#MSSB98932, I specifically asked whether it was a dual sim to which she replied, YES. 


When I opened the phone now It is not dual sim. 


I dont want the phone if it is not a dual sim - and Nokwanda gave me false information. 


Please can you assist urgently.
