No Device

How can I get my device if AVS if failing to verify my fingerprint? 

 

My subscription has been changed from prepaid to contract but I still can't receive my device because of AVS!

 

The queries are being logged and closed everytime they're due to be resolved, I'm getting absolutely frustrated with this matter, it's been an entire month of being sent from department to department
