Upgrade

I tried to upgrade my LTE subscription online but received a message that I am not eligable to upgrade. and to dial *123# from the number I am trying to upgrade. Problem the number is my broadband modem number and I am unable to dial from it.

hi Hennie, that *123# is their Mo'Nice promotions USSD code. Doubt you will get upgrade info there. You can see on the Android or iOS App if you are eligible for an upgrade. Otherwise go into a store or call them to upgrade. The store would probably be best

Thnx. I sent a message in messenger on Facebook and belief it or not they responded this morning. They are looking into it.
