Cancellation not done.

i went to a telkom store in Jabulani to do an upgrade since i was due for it, i completed all the forms i was requested to complete and ask them to cancel the old contract which the manager did confirm it was cancelled this was in march even now the old contract hasnt been cancelled i am required to pay for two phones the old and the new one when i called them no one answers what should i do i have the case number: 28442845 from them still no call or responses from last week thursday
