I have contacted Telkom via 0800253263 on FIVE OCCASIONS (20/12/2018, 25/01/2019, 05/02/2019, 22/02/2019 and again on 11/03/2019). Firstly to order my mother's FREE wya-way upgrade telephone and then to find out when it will be delivered. I have been put through to various departments and no one seems to be able to assist and advise when the telephone will be
delivered. I think this is shocking service. How many months does it take to deliver a telephone?
