Contract Cancellation & Billing

I applied for a cell phone contract online. Long story short...I called twice and emailed twice - to have the cell phone contract cancelled. I was told both times by the consultant they will forward the cancelation request to the relevant department, but still it's not done. I will NOT pay the delivery fee or any other charges. I canceled the contact in time according to my calls. Telkom staff do not do their work. This is getting frustrating!!!
