I ported my no from mtn to telkom during October 2018. Afterwards i unable to receive calls and sms, nor send sms, I was only able to make calls and use data. A week ago I lost phone and did sim swap on 10 Dec, since then I am unable to receive calls, send and receive sms. I have been making enquiries with telkom and they have since not able to assist. PLZ HE'LL!!!
since nov I had the same problem. my no was not ported by telkom to my new contract and no assistance from Telkom. I went to the Telkom shop which is 230km from me. I sat their untill 12 waiting for a email reply. I left with a promise of a phonecall and nothing happend.
