New order placed for phone and internet (ADSL line)

Dear Telkom Sales,

 

Please investigate why I haven't received an installation date for my order placed and confirmed on the 22 February 2019.

To date I haven't had any feedback - tried calling in many times but systems are always offline, very frustrating.

 

Can someone urgently get in touch with me today.
