Try posting a detailed message with your refs to a Telkom media support team - they’re usually best for good response & results (and/or email them) :-

I applied for new cellphone contract and a consultant by the name of Sihle called to confirmed details and i recieved an sms that money will be debited within 3 days. the money was debited and recieved an sms that my onrder was pre-approved and they processing my order. i tried to contact telkom online chat, sent emails no response.
