Phone contract issue

Hi ,
I applied for the mobile contract on 26th January. Agent told me to come after 3 days to know it’s approved or not . On Monday I went to store and they said it’s appreoved and proceeds the application but they said system can’t allow them to proceed the order .

I checked again and they give me time of 3 days again and on 4th day they said o have due amount because of that they can’t push the order . I checked with account department and they confirmed me that their is no amount due on my profile . I wen to store again and then they told me the story that my order is waiting for credit vetting so I just check on Tuesday and today it’s still same . It’s so frustrating and I’m feeling like they are fooling the customer . No body’s is helping me to sort out this issue .

It’s request that please help me to sort out this stupid round and round fake statement .
