My uncle opened a new Telkom contract 3 weeks ago. He asked for his Vodacom number to be ported over to Telkom 4 times in the last 3 weeks and I have taken time off from work to go into Telkom branches to assist him in doing this. To date the port has still not been done. The vodacom number that needs to be ported is 0827867003 and his Telkom number is 0678505892. I'm hoping that this can be resolved ASAP as we loosing faith in Telkoms ability to fix the problem and looking at cancelling the contract.
