I have just ported my Vodacom number to a new Telkom Contract. It worked well until I realized that calls from the Vodacom network do not come through.
When my family tries to call me, they get a message that says my number doesn't exist, while other people can still call me.
I have logged help requests. I have tried to use your app, but it has way too many bugs to even lend any support. I am not too sure what to do. It has not been a great start to the Telkom family. Please can someone help. I am already a week into my contract and my number still does not exist for certain people.
