I am desperately trying to relocate my line. I have requested this twice now, since the excuse was used that the first time I provided no unit number. I did provide this the first time!!! My reference is 357266769A. My line has still not been relocated. I have not even been contacted with a date as promised by the operator. Everytime I have phoned Telkom this week, starting on Monday, they have been OFF-LINE!!!!!!!!! How can you run a business if your are off-line for a whole week!!! Please can someone please help me sort this out.
