I live in the Waterfall Area - 3610 Outer West Durban, And get no Signal at all at my house.
Is there a way to resolve this?
As soon as I drive up the road - about a kilometer, I get signal.
I have tried to report this by calling customer care - yet to no avail, also when I went into the Hillcrest Telkom shop, they were of no help.

The number 081180 does not help me to understand why the Telkom Wi-Fi signal is poor and of an intermittend nature. The operator simply passes a message, but is not programmed to answer client questions. Very unsatisfactory.
