poor telkom signal

Hi, where can I log poor signal quality?

Both my devices gets very poor signal or no signal on TM at home.

  • Chat to an Agent (an online chat with a Telkom representitive)
  • Call the Call Center
    • Mobile: 081180 (free from a Telkom Mobile phone)

Hi there,


I live in the Waterfall Area - 3610 Outer West Durban, And get no Signal at all at my house.

Is there a way to resolve this?

As soon as I drive up the road - about a kilometer, I get signal.


I have tried to report this by calling customer care - yet to no avail, also when I went into the Hillcrest Telkom shop, they were of no help.

Hi @Emloves2run It would be best to contact 081180 for signal related issues.

The number 081180 does not help me to understand why the Telkom Wi-Fi signal is poor and of an intermittend nature. The operator simply passes a message, but is not programmed to answer client questions. Very unsatisfactory.
