Frustrated with the Service

On 25 April I bought data bundles using Internet Banking, they deducted the requested amount and sent me an SMS apologizing for delaying to process the request giving me the reference number, I have been calling Telkom ever since they asked me to e-mail the proof of purchase, when I did I was told they are waiting for the bank to confirm the purchase and they don't know when that will be done, it's over a month now and the query is still not sorted!!!it's really disappointing the level of customer service I got from Telkom.

I have the same issue .

 

They keep saying this and that department will help you 

 

AND NOTHING GETS DONE!!! My phone is broken!!!! and now i cant claim

 

DID You manage to come right ? and if so , how did you resolve

Telekom never had a good service, unfortunately, I lost hope for improvement.
