Night shift surfer problem

Can someone please explain to me how does this work. 12:30 am I'll try to use my night shift surfer data but it never works. Instead I'll be charged from my day time data. I fee like this is a Scam, another method Telkom uses to get more customers.

This might be because regular data bundles will work on MTN roaming,  but night surfer is on Telkom's signal only.

Try checking Telkom coverage map to confirm if you're in range of a Telkom LTE tower -  if so you should report a fault .
