Poor service and inaction

I visited the telkom shop in gateway durban to upgrade my internet .
That was one month ago and still nothing has been done .
When you come into the shop for assistance it’s as if you mad by asking to be helped.
The service is so extremely poor it’s a shame for telkom !
By reading the blogs I’m not the first person to complain , and it’s also notable that telkom don’t care about anyone’s complaints because nothing is ever done
