Re: What type of Internet do you use?

DSL, until fibre becomes available in our area.

Currently in discussions with another ISP to offer joint FTTH & FTTB services

in Witbank,  but hoping Telkom will also offer a solution soon for the service.

Re: What type of Internet do you use?

I'm on 20Mbps ADSL and LTE. Just ordered the uncapped LTE package for R599 today. Looking forward to FTTH one day too!

Re: What type of Internet do you use?

After 3 weeks, our first poll has closed, and here are the results. As expected, ADSL still rules the roost in terms of users at 73% of a total of 79 voters. I also noticed that people are starting to embrace LTE as a viable alternative to ADSL. I am really excited to the expansion of Fibre FTTH, and in the next 2-3 years there should be a big increase in suburbs covered by Fibre.

Telkom should reduce their adsl prices which is too high compare to other players which offer better services than them

Re: What type of Internet do you use?

Business-grade fibre for me, since I currently live at my company's complex.

As well as HSPA of course on my phone when I am not in the house or office. No LTE capable phone yet Man Frustrated not that it's worrying me. HSDPA/HSPA are good enough for my needs for now
